Wax Melt Care
Enjoy your favorite Miigwech fragrances safely with these simple tips for getting the most out of your wax melts.
Traditional Wax Melts
-
Place one or two wax melt cubes into the dish of an approved wax warmer. Adjust the amount based on the size of your warmer.
-
Turn on your warmer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
-
Allow the wax to melt and release its fragrance throughout your space.
-
Enjoy your fragrance until the scent begins to fade.
-
Turn off your warmer and allow the wax to cool completely before removing or replacing it.
Squeezable Wax Melts
Our squeezable wax melts offer a convenient way to enjoy your favorite Miigwech fragrances without breaking apart traditional wax cubes.
-
Gently knead the sealed pouch if needed to soften and mix the contents.
-
Squeeze a small amount into the dish of an approved wax warmer.
-
Start with a small amount and add more if needed, without overfilling the dish.
-
Turn on your warmer and enjoy the fragrance as the wax mixture warms.
-
Turn off your warmer and allow the contents to cool before cleaning or replacing them.
First-Time Use Tip: Sometimes the wax may be a little firm when you first open your pouch. If the wax doesn't squeeze out easily, gently insert a clean toothpick just inside the dispensing opening to loosen any wax blocking it. Remove the toothpick before squeezing. Gently knead the sealed pouch if needed. Avoid forcing the pouch or enlarging the opening.
Important: Squeezable wax melts are for use in compatible wax warmers only. They are not candles and should never be lit.
Wax Melt Safety
-
Always follow your wax warmer manufacturer's instructions.
-
Never add water to your wax melts.
-
Never leave an operating wax warmer unattended.
-
Keep wax melts and warmers away from children and pets.
-
Place your warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
-
Do not move a warmer while the wax is hot or liquid.
-
Never overfill your warmer dish.
-
Do not pour melted wax down drains.
-
Wax melts are not intended for use on skin or for consumption.
When Should I Change My Wax Melts?
Wax melts don't disappear as they release fragrance. The wax remains in the warmer even after the scent fades.
When you can no longer smell the fragrance as strongly as you'd like, it's time to replace the wax.
Always follow your warmer manufacturer's instructions for safe wax removal.
